The AANR convention is right around the corner. August 12-18 at Sun Meadow Resort in Worely, Idaho is sure to be a fun filled reunion of nudists from coast to coast.

AANR Government Affairs Team (GAT) relies on membership dues and donations to finance the legal challenges nudists face on a daily basis. Member volunteer contributions in the way of time, energy and enthusiasm contributes to AANR GAT successes and adds value to your AANR membership.

We all have an opportunity to financially contribute to GAT. A silent auction at convention provides a great opportunity for clubs and individual members to contribute.

Donations can be anything from a piece of art, bottle of wine, gift cards, nudist themed books, gift baskets, t-shirts, homemade items, old nudist magazines, and as always resort stays and vacations. Keep in mind many guests at convention may be limited on purchasing large items due to airline luggage constraints.

Don’t wait to add your contribution to the one the Willamettans have donated.

The Willamettans have generously donated a week ground fees and rental, (based on availability) RV site or tent site for a family. This certificate is especially valuable because there is no expiration date and no date exclusions! The Willamettans welcomes all people willing to conform to its principles and standards, regardless of age, gender, marital status, religious belief, ethnic origin or sexual orientation. People of all gender identities, ethnicities, sexual identities, ages, sizes, religions and physical abilities are welcomed.

One of the fun ways to contribute would be to attend convention and participate in the silent auction. It can get wild and crazy!

The Columbia Gorge Express weekend service to Rooster Rock State Park is now active for the summer. The park is the location of one of the supported nude beaches in the Oregon State Park system. This express service can get you from the Portland Gateway Transit Center to Rooster Rock or to non-nudist sites further into the gorge. ** Columbia Gorge Express Weekend Shuttle Service Launched May 4!

The days are getting longer, warmer, and brighter, which means more visitors will head out to experience the beauty of the Columbia River Gorge! It also means crowded parking lots, so it’s important to plan ahead.

Starting Saturday, May 4, Columbia Gorge Express will operate weekend shuttle service between Rooster Rock State Park (aanr-nw.us5.list-manage.com/track/click?u=cc7f511b492b87d55fd7619fb&id=c2523a9f85&e=84c965e783) and Multnomah Falls (aanr-nw.us5.list-manage.com/track/click?u=cc7f511b492b87d55fd7619fb&id=dbbeb65e06&e=84c965e783) . As the Multnomah Falls parking lot fills up on Saturdays and Sundays, visitors will need to park at Rooster Rock ($5 entry fee per vehicle) and then ride the free shuttle.

Skip the hassle of parking altogether and board the Columbia Gorge Express bus at Gateway Transit Center (aanr-nw.us5.list-manage.com/track/click?u=cc7f511b492b87d55fd7619fb&id=461e338c3a&e=84c965e783) in Portland. Stop at Multnomah Falls, then hop on the next bus to Cascade Locks and Hood River for a Gorge-ous afternoon!

** Nude Use of Blind Creek Beach in Florida is Threatened

This St. Lucie County haven for naturists has openly thrived since 2014. Sheriff deputies tolerantly patrol and Treasure Coast Naturists (TCN) board members regularly consult with County Commissioners and staff. So what is really happening and why is the nude beach imperiled? The following will summarize conditions that are compelling a political fight in Florida’s State capital. Your help in the form of legal defense donations is needed to fund this battle.

The first unnoticed salvo occurred as far back as three years ago when the State of Florida, through its Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), sent a complaint to St. Lucie County. DEP objected to St. Lucie County government tolerating a nude beach on what it sees as State-owned land.

So what is the root cause of the State’s challenge to Blind Creek Beach’s nude use? Some quick background history will help readers better understand.

Background History on the Dispute at Blind Creek Beach

About 15 years ago, St. Lucie County established Blind Creek Beach County Park as an isolated Hutchinson Island preserve located immediately north of the St. Lucie Nuclear Power Plant. Before the county park’s officially startup, this same section of isolated shoreline was host to a long tradition of nude sunbathing and swimming. Begun as far back as the 1970s, the free beach attracted naturists from around North America. Skinny dippers encountered a pristine piece of coastline that was relatively free of arrests or harassment.

The Opening in 2014

In 2014, frank discussions between local naturist advocates, the St. Lucie County Sheriff’s Office, and the St. Lucie County Attorney led to the recognition that this isolated stretch of beach and its tradition of family-oriented skinny dipping – did not run afoul of the state’s anti-nudity statute (SS – 800.03). As long as lewd behavior did not occur, County deputies would quietly patrol the beach just like any other. And so a grand social experiment began where local government tolerated and even cooperated with a naturist not-for-profit, the Treasure Coast Naturists (TCN), in managing Blind Creek Beach. TCN patrols the shore, protects the sensitive dunes from human intrusion, funds and provides portable bathrooms to beach-goers, manages the parking lot, organizes beach clean-ups and town hall meetings, and operates a website ( www.treasurecoastnaturists.org (aanr-nw.us5.list-manage.com/track/click?u=cc7f511b492b87d55fd7619fb&id=8e3cd9dc28&e=84c965e783) ) that educates the uninitiated about the freer norms occurring at this county park.

The Economic Argument for Naturist Beaches

The economic rewards from Blind Creek Beach are impressive. The number of tourists flocking to St. Lucie County has significantly increased. Many are attracted to the Blind Creek Beach experiment, so much so that it is now the most visited beach in the county. A range of 500-1000 naturists show up on weekends. Hotel occupancy is up. Restaurants have been filled by a new niche of family tourists. Behind the scenes both the business community and county government administrators have witnessed the unexpected. Home to one of only three successfully established nude beaches in the State, St. Lucie County has found itself in an economic sweet spot.

Since its inception in 2014, Blind Creek Beach has been successfully branded worldwide as a tropical, isolated, and unspoiled paradise for naturists. Tourists now come from Europe, the Caribbean, and South America to experience it for themselves, fill up nearby hotel rooms, and enjoy the many local restaurants. It’s understandably difficult for St. Lucie County to ignore this abundant new source of tourist dollars.

The Threat to Blind Creek Beach

Meanwhile in Tallahassee, DEP has repeatedly voiced objections to nude use on their land. DEP claims that since over 95 percent of Blind Creek Beach County Park’s leased tracts are actually owned by DEP (and the State of Florida), the department insists that is has standing to object. As part of its purpose, DEP plays a primary role in administering and protecting the state’s wild lands. Among others, these include the state park system, state wildlife refuges, and state preserves. What DEP overlooks is that it already has TCN as a committed environmental partner in helping to manage the county park.

For the past three years, DEP has repeatedly written threatening letters to St. Lucie County’s government administrators. They continue to demand that the naturist use be shutdown or moved away from Blind Creek Beach. The response from St. Lucie County has been largely silent. With the backing of business leaders and others, the county has chosen to let the grand experiment continue and thrive.

The Discovery of Trouble in March 2019

After repeated rumors of pending trouble, in March 2019 TCN wrote a letter to a long-time Tallahassee naturist advocate and lobbyist. TCN asked his firm to investigate several key questions. Is Blind Creek Beach’s naturist status actually in jeopardy? If true, how and why is it threatened? Last, who is at the heart of the objection?

Subsequent research in Tallahassee Uncovers a Real Threat

After careful research, the lobbyist discovered that yes, the State of Florida (through DEP) was getting ready to take immediate additional actions to compel St. Lucie County to close down all nude use of Blind Creek Beach. Since learning of this, TCN has committed to uncovering the answers and prevail in this dispute. The naturists refuse to back down or leave this beach. To win, TCN has officially hired the Florida lobbying firm of Maury Management Group. This company has a long successful record of representing both South Florida Free Beaches and Florida Naturists Association (SFFB) since 1994 and the American Association for Nude Recreation (AANR) in Tallahassee. Their normal purview is to watchdog and identify potentially harmful bills or legislation. But with TCN’s recent hiring of Maury Management, a far more intensive, assertive, and expensive work plan has been set in motion.

A Two-Step Process Will Save Blind Creek Beach and Potentially Open the Rest of Florida to Naturist Beaches

According to principal Ramon Maury, there are two steps that must be undertaken. Timing is important too. As an added benefit, the concentrated effort to save Blind Creek Beach could also lead to reopening former clothing-optional beaches that Floridians lost in the 1980’s. Step 1 encompasses placing a hold on DEP’s actions to quickly shut down Blind Creek Beach. Maury Management Group has opened up a dialog with each of the stakeholders in Tallahassee and is working to impose a temporary hold on all pending actions that might stop naturism at Blind Creek Beach.

Step II involves opening a conversation with the key players while the Florida legislature is still in session. We have one remaining month. Possible outcomes that appear to be within reach include rewriting state park rules and/or regulations that currently discourage the establishment of sanctioned nude beaches in Florida. Convincing arguments already underway include the economic perspective. Nude beaches are good for growing local economies, especially those that remain heavily dependent on tourist dollars and the service sector.

** Club Orient Update

We are visiting St. Martin this week and are dismayed to see the devastation at Club Orient. Club Orient was a beautiful clothing optional resort situated on Orient Bay in St. Martin that was destroyed by Hurricane Irma in 2017. Some of the units are just gone. Many of the remaining ones are hulks, just the concrete outside structures. It is beyond sad.

While visiting, it is still possible to rent beach chairs and umbrellas for the day. Only the Perch beach bar has been restored so far, and is open until about 4pm for drinks and meals. So it is still possible to enjoy the beach.

The owners are still trying to settle with the insurance companies, and as of February, they were hoping to rebuild and reopen by next season.

Wednesday April 10, 2019 – Washington State Senator Saldana prominently and publicly recognized the nudist clubs in Washington State as very different from adult entertainment.

In front of a full assembly of the chamber, Senator Saldana–sponsor of her companion bill to EHB 1756–took to the microphone shortly before a vote to publicly explain the difference between family nudism and the businesses the law seeks to regulate.

EHB 1756 provides protections for dancers in adult entertainment clubs such as requiring “panic buttons” to quickly summon help if a dancer is approached inappropriately by a patron, and creation of a formal panel to address conditions and future restrictions on those entertainment venues.

AANR and AANR-NW had written to the Senator several times to request a distinction because, per language in the definitions, the presence of “nude dancing” could have triggered application.

After noting the presence of nudist clubs in Washington State, the senator added that the atmosphere in our clubs is distinctly different from sexually-oriented entertainment intended for adults only. “Family clubs would not be subject to this law,” she affirmed. We deeply appreciate the Senator’s remarks, which she had promised to make in earlier emails to me this week.

Initial communications to the Labor and Commerce committee didn’t receive much attention, but they laid an important groundwork of awareness about AANR / AANR NW concerns. We appreciate those clubs and region leaders-from Shirley Gauthier and Mike Parker of Region Government Affairs, President Dave Smith, Vice President Donna Jennings, Jim & Karen Lahey and several Washington AANR clubs. I had prepared and previously submitted a position paper on the subject and then included it in a last-minute reminder to Senator Saldana which Shirley and I described as a “Hail Mary.”

AANR dues and member support makes tracking legislation possible. It makes it possible to hold monthly Government Affairs Team (GAT) calls under the leadership of Tim Mullins with volunteers to plan strategy. It makes AANR’s presence at the National Conference of State Legislatures (NCSL), which Tim and AANR President Kathy Watzel have staffed in recent years, possible. There, many lawmakers have their first opportunity to learn about family-oriented nudism and why we enjoy it.

We did not feel that way but we were in love – with Living Waters Spa in Desert Hot Springs, CA. And it has been for sale for the last year. When we arrived for our bi-annual visit in November, we found out it would probably be our last since the owners had accepted an offer from an LA-based chef who had absolutely no sympathy for or interest in keeping its clothing-optional status. I cried on the trip home. Imagine our joy (tempered by compassion for the owners’ disappointment, of course) when we called in January to see if we could book once more before it closed only to find out that the deal had fallen through!

Around comes March and we are sitting in that heavenly mineral water (a perfect 101 degrees in the hot tub and 89 degrees in the pool) – no chlorine, cleansed by the amazing flow rate. We are chatting to a couple from England and someone from Minnesota who was in town for a conference and another couple who drove up from LA about what a close call it was when an idea started to form: why not see if there were enough people in the Nude Nation to put together an investor group, buy this incredible gem and keep it going? Yeah, why NOT?

So just picture yourself in the kidney-shaped hot tub that seats 17, soaking in the odorless, lithium-infused water, watching the sun go down over the Coachella Valley Pass while Mount St. Jacinto changes from grey to purple-blue. You’ve just spent the day watching the hummingbirds duke it out over the bougainvillea, had a blissful massage, read a great book and talked to some of the nicest people you’ll ever meet over happy hour in hot tub at 3pm. And you won’t be alone! Past guests of Living Waters have come forward and indicated an interest in investing in the property. Thanks to them, we have reached the goal of $600K, the amount we think represents a critical mass to proceed to the next step. These early investors are dedicated to maintaining the relaxed and friendly atmosphere, preserving the clothing-optional status and interested in the investment upside of improving the business so that it is a viable, going concern. We are all looking at this as a 10-year investment in an S-Corp.

** Richard Patterson – Rest in Peace

AANR-Northwest Regional Board Member for The Willamettans Richard Patterson passed away recently after a short battle with cancer. In the early nineties, he was very beneficial in raising funds for a food bank in Sonoma County, CA called Food For Thought. He owned and ran his own business for 35 years and was hands on all aspects of the business: hiring and firing employees, buying merchandise, promoting sales, and dealing with customers.
Richard was an AANR member for seven years and became very passionate for the organization; He believed he had helped in making people more aware of the benefits that AANR has to offer, especially younger people. Richard was an Activities Chair for the Willamettans for six years. Richard served as the convention chair for the AANR Convention in 2016 and again for the AANR Northwest Convention in 2017, among his many volunteer efforts. He represented the Willamettans on the AANR-NW regional board for the past several years. He was a candidate in the 2018 AANR election for AANR-NW regional Trustee, which he narrowly lost. He was a tireless volunteer. He leaves behind his husband George Rich, also a contributing volunteer and member of the Willamettans.
A Celebration of Life to celebrate the life of Richard Patterson Jr. (October 27, 1949 – March 9, 2019) will be held. Please join George Rich at the Fireside/Bar at The Willamettans on Saturday, May 4, 2019 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. No dress code – come dressed or not dressed. Please bring your favorite hors d’oeuvre. Grounds fees will apply to non-members, unless waived for this event.

** Nudeprov Canceled

We received the following notice from the Pocket Theater on Friday concerning their monthly Nudeprov shows.

I’m sad to report that in compliance with Washington State liquor law, the Pocket is forced to cancel Nudeprov this Sunday as well as all upcoming Nudeprov shows at the Pocket.

It was my understanding that since we did not allow alcoholic beverages into the theater during the performance that we were in compliance with Washington State law, but after a conversation with an enforcement officer this afternoon I have been informed that is not the case. A complaint was filed and we received a verbal warning referencing WAC 314-11-050:

“(1) Licensees may not allow, permit, or encourage employees (including him or herself) to: (a) Be unclothed or in such attire, costume, or clothing as to expose to view any portion of the breast below the top of the areola or of any portion of the pubic hair, anus, cleft of the buttocks, vulva, or genitals. (2) Licensees may not allow, permit, or encourage any person (including him or herself) on the licensed premises to: (a) Perform acts of or acts which simulate, or use artificial devices or inanimate objects which depict; • The displaying of the pubic hair, anus, vulva, or genitals.”

All tickets will be refunded this afternoon.

I’m sincerely sorry. I feel sad and frustrated at the regressive and arbitrary nature of the law, and frankly that the description of the law is more lewd than Nudeprov ever was. (And even so, it’s incredibly puritanical and absurd to prohibit nude performances for consenting adults even the content is sexual in nature.) You all are wonderful people and it was a pleasure hosting you at the Pocket. I’m working with the producers of the show to find a suitable venue for the future (if you know of ADA accessible venues ranging from 50-100 seats that do NOT have a liquor license please don’t hesitate to reach out). ** AANR-NW Membership – Call To Action

AANR-NW can be proud of volunteer contributions addressing recent anti-nudity ordinances in Washington.

Volunteers hearing about the proposed ordinances on the news immediately went into action by contacting appropriate Government Affairs volunteers. AANR Legal Counsel was informed and solicited for support and assistance. Hours of computer research were completed, phone calls made, letters written and public testimony drafted. Volunteers were on standby to travel to city council meetings if needed.

While we can celebrate the way volunteers responded we were missing a huge opportunity. AANR Executive Director and Legal Counsel Erich Schuttauf recently shared “don’t wait until you’re thirsty to dig a well.” What does this actually mean? We must be prepared with the knowledge to act and step up when needed.

Recently it became obvious we need help and support from our membership. The Lacey, WA, City Council proposed a serious Barista ordinance that could potentially impact nude recreation. KOMO news along with several other media resources reported on the topic. AANR-GAT volunteer email inboxes should have been flooded with reports from members. That was not the case. A timely response is critical in situations like this.

How can you as an AANR member be part of protecting nude recreation? Join the Government Affairs team. When you hear of any media reports that may have a negative or positive impact on nude recreation, report it. Never assume that others will do so. If you find yourself doubting whether the report is of value, let others decide. Add officers@aanr-nw.org (mailto:) and chairs@aanr-nw.org to your contact list to make reporting easier and faster. On March 20th, at 2 PM, we have a Portland City Council Meeting before the mayor and four elected city commissioners to address our appeal of the decision that denied our Conditional Use Permit.

We will be closing our spa between 1:30 and 5:30 pm to allow all of our staff and patrons to attend.

We invite you to come and show your support as well. It will take place at City Hall, 1221 SW 4th Ave, Portland Oregon.

** Willies closed due to heavy snow, power out and trees down

Report from the club – The heavy snowstorm a few days ago has hit The Willamettans (aanr-nw.us5.list-manage.com/track/click?u=cc7f511b492b87d55fd7619fb&id=4045aa6802&e=84c965e783) very heavily. It was first reported that there is no power or access in or out of the club. Multiple trees are down around the club and along Parsons Creek. Three trees hit one trailer, with additional trees down and one severing the power to the septic system.

As always, members on grounds are working together. Please keep them in your thoughts and prayers. One member has cleared the main roads around the grounds so that members can stay in contact with one another. Several have sought shelter at a member’s place and the warmth of her wood stove. Internet at the club is down but those making it into town are updating as possible.

This is likely not the end of the damage. After five more inches last night, snow is at 24 inches. Willies power will be down probably 8 to 10 days. Some residents are staying in town, but hotels are now full. It seems club buildings escaped damage thus far. Impact on individual sites probably won’t be known for a while.

** March 2 Hidden Springs Indoor Nude Recreation Night

84 degree lap pool, 2 hot tubs, 2 saunas, 2 steam rooms, 2 coed locker rooms plus NEWLY added to our rental – 90 degree large conversation pool – 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

1.) This is a Family Friendly event – there will be non-nudist life guards, but usage of the facilities will be done in the nude.

2.) Available facilities : 90 degree large conversation pool, 25 yard lap pool, 6 lanes 3’6” – 11’6” deep 82 – 84 degrees (some lane ropes will be removed for general pool usage), two saunas, two hot tubs, two steam rooms, two dressing rooms with combination lockers (the state health department restricts usage of saunas, steam rooms, or hot tubs to individuals who are ages 14 and older).

3.) There is a top limit of 50 pre-registered, pre-paid attendees, who will be required to show ID upon entrance. No weapons allowed (including pocket knives) on premises.

4.) Recommendation of two towels per attendee – one for sitting on in sauna or steam room, one for drying off.

5.) Those with disabilities barring usage of the facilities that are accompanying paid attendees and parents with very young children not using the facilities must also preregister and present ID and will be admitted without charge and are welcome to stay in the dressing room lounges or can sit in the bleachers on the pool deck.

6.) Youth Pool Requirements
• Youth age 6 and under must have a 16 year old or older in the water within arm’s reach.
• Youth ages 7-12 must have a 16 year old or older remain on the pool deck while they are in the pool.
• Youth ages 13+ may be in the pool without a parent or guardian directly on the pool deck.

There is a required ratio of not less than one parent/guardian for every five children in pool.

COST: 18 years or older – $20 with proof of AANR or TNS membership, $25 for general adult admission with no proof of organization membership, $10 children under 18 with accompanying registered parent(s). NOTE – we have a benefactor willing to pay children’s cost for this event – book early to be sure to get this benefit.

7.) To save on club costs, each person attending must sign a one-time liability waiver either in advance or at the door.

Local media reported this month that The Everett Community Healing Center (aka Common Ground) is in danger of losing its right to do business in SE Portland.
Everett House is a shining example of a Northwest business that is reinforcing the historical connection between nudity and health. Since 1982, the facility has featured clothing-optional hot tubs, saunas, a steam room, flotation tanks and licensed massage therapists.

Michelle Sutherland, dressed in costume as Virtus (Virtue), a figure on the Virginia state seal, was arrested while advocating for passage of the Equal Rights Amendment and initially held without bail in Virginia. After three days, her lawyer was able to secure her release from jail. Her arrest and confinement was for a single count of misdemeanor indecent exposure. It still stands. ** Terwilliger Hot Springs-Update

The Eugene Register-Guard reported that Terwilliger Hot Springs, a nudist treasure because they are legally sanctioned as clothing optional, may open to the public late 2019.

The springs were closed for seven months in 2018 due to debris from a massive landslide blocking the easiest route to the springs. The springs were reopened once huge rocks were removed from the road in July. A short time later, August 19, the Terwilliger Fire started within a mile of the springs.

A rockslide combined with a 11,500 acre fire shut down the hot springs. Mckenzie River District Ranger Darren Cross reported that 30,000 people per year visit and generate $200,000 in day use and annual permit fees. Additional loss of income from nearby campgrounds hot spring visitors use adds to the financial loss.

** Help Save Common Ground

Local media reported this month that The Everett Community Healing Center (aka Common Ground) is in danger of losing its right to do business in SE Portland.
Everett House is a shining example of a Northwest business that is reinforcing the historical connection between nudity and health. Since 1982, the facility has featured clothing-optional hot tubs, saunas, a steam room, flotation tanks and licensed massage therapists.
A few neighbors who don’t like even concealed nudity in their neighborhood are trying to force Everett House to close. Their latest tactic is to make the city of Portland to revoke the center’s business permit, which requires 30 parking spaces. These spaces were lost due to new building construction. The Everett House shares some common goals with nudism: to promote body acceptance and promote a healthy lifestyle. This nude-positive business can be a step for some to join the nudist community in Oregon. Three new members of a NW non-landed club are also regular visitors to the Everett House. Reporters for local papers have written articles describing their first nude experience there as “magical.”
On a recent visit to Everett House, employees were optimistic about their chances to stay open. Many visitors asked about how they could help keep the place open. It was great to hear people talk about how much the place has meant to them and their overall well-being.
But the future is very uncertain at this point. Nudists are encouraged to do what you can to help.

There are 883 supporters so far, and the goal is for 1,000 signatures.
Other ways to show support are: Go there! Do it just for the experience of something different. A very popular option is the massage sandwich, where people soak first, then get a massage from a trained massage therapist, and afterwards soak again. If you want to make a complete night of it, there are several nice restaurants and a movie theater within walking distance.
Another option: Tell friends about Everett House. If they’re not nudists, this could be a great opportunity for them to try social nudity.

** Nudist Restaurant in Paris Closes

Fifteen months ago, O’naturel (aanr-nw.us5.list-manage.com/track/click?u=cc7f511b492b87d55fd7619fb&id=2b2405cd38&e=84c965e783) opened its doors to nudists, giving them the opportunity to dine in the all together. Two non-nudist brothers, Mike and Stéphane Saada, hoped to cash in on the growing popularity of nudism in France. Unfortunately, they have lacked enough business to continue and the restaurant will close on February 16. Why is becoming an AANR member important to Government Affairs (GAT)? (While the list is long these are my prioritized top three reasons.
1. Membership dues finance Government Affairs. On a national level GAT Chairs have access to a service that raises our awareness to potential pieces of legislation that would negatively or positively impact nude recreation. A few examples in proposed legislation can be anti-nude legislation, and zoning or liquor laws that impact resorts/clubs or recreating on private property. AANR volunteers in every region are monitoring legislation from a service purchased with membership dues. Monitoring legislation is only one of the many volunteer job descriptions.
2. Members provide a wide base of volunteer skills necessary for GAT to be successful.
3. The larger our membership the louder our voice when speaking with or to our governmental officials.

** AUNaturel – The Nude in the 21st Century Art Exhibition

The 13th annual international juried exhibit Au Naturel: The Nude in the 21st Century will be on display from January 14 through March 24, 2019 at Clatsop Community College’s Royal Nebeker Art Gallery located at 1799 Lexington Avenue, Astoria, OR. Gallery hours are from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and Saturdays from 11:00
a.m. – 4:00 p.m. The gallery is open on Sundays and holidays by appointment only. If the rules from last year are the same for this year, it will be free and open to the public. The 2019 press release is not yet out, but should be here soon:
