*The 2010 AANR World Record Skinny-Dip Challenge*
Thank you for your participation in last year’s record setting Skinny-Dip.
Again this year we need your commitment and support to break our own record
of 13,648 participants and obtain AANR membership growth.
AANR plans to coordinate skinny-dipping events at participating clubs and
nude beaches in appropriate settings throughout North America on Saturday,
July 10, 2010, at 3 p.m. Eastern Nudist Time, to coordinate with Nude
Recreation Week.
If your club, beach, or participating group would like to participate,
please complete the attached document and return to me by April 30, 2010. To
make this event a success, AANR needs your participation and support.
A hard copy of the attached information will be sent out in the next monthly
club mailing. Please contact me at execasst at aanr.com if you have any
questions.

*Special Advertising Opportunity*
The Skinny-Dip page at http://www.aanr.com/skinny-dip.html is heating up.
Promote your club’s event for the AANR World Record Skinny-Dip on July 10
for a three-month special of only $100. Last year, this page was near the
top of the list for Web traffic leading up to the skinny-dip. Space is
limited, so don’t miss out on this special offer. Contact Martha Young at
bulletinads at aanr.com for details. *Remember—you can use club rebates for
payment. *
*Positive Publicity*
Not everyone comes to Charlton County to watch trains. Hidden River Resort
really is hidden and for good reason. Read more at:

*Promoting Excellence in California State Parks – **Complete this
Survey*<http://www.calparks.org/takeaction/parkexcellence>
**
* *
*Important:** Keep in mind, this survey is a tool towards developing a
vision for all California State Parks. Your answers should focus on the
entire park system to better serve your recreational choices.*
* *
The California State Parks Foundation (CSPF) and Save the Redwoods League
are conducting a joint Park Excellence Project to examine what excellence
means for California’s state parks and how it can best be achieved.
AANR-West recognizes the value of the CSPF and has invested in the
foundation by joining their Corporate Leadership Circle.
The first phase of the Park Excellence Project was kicked off on February
26, 2010, by the launching of an online survey designed to gain public input
about what excellence should look like in California’s state parks. The
survey can be found HERE <http://www.calparks.org/takeaction/parkexcellence>.
Survey questions will ask Californians to share their thoughts on a variety
of areas, including new amenities and services they wish to see in state
parks, current barriers to park access, the primary purpose of California’s
state park system, and the role that California’s state parks should play in
the lives of its residents and visitors from around the country and the
world.

*Southern California** Naturist Association – Gary Mussell, President*
“We are requesting everyone take this poll to show support for nude
recreation. No need to write a lot, just say you enjoy using the parks and
enjoy nude recreation in those parks and state beaches where it has
traditionally been practiced. Please forward the message to your other
nudist contacts.”
*Friends of San Onofre Beach – Allen Baylis, President *
I would like each of you to participate in a poll being conducted by the
[California] State Parks Foundation. This organization is a non-profit that
is intended to support the California State Parks. Naturally, nude
recreation is not one of choices of preferred recreational activities listed
in the poll, but there are places to type in your comments. Please do so and
let them know that you visit the parks to enjoy nude recreation.”
