Rockin’ the Park Music Festival at Nearby Skagit County Clothing Optional Campground

(Mt.Vernon WA) – ROCKIN’ THE PARK is an all day open-air music festival coming to LARC, a family friendly, clothing optional campground located near Mt. Vernon, WA on Saturday, July 24, 2009. The festival is open to the public and the first of our fabulous musical talents will kick off the show at 1:00pm.

Come and enjoy a relaxing, fun day of sunshine and classic rock and roll. Bands will be playing all afternoon and into the evening. There will be food vendors and a beverage area. Bring a towel, plenty of sun screen, lawn chairs and cooler if you choose.

Motown Cruisers

Tickets are only $20 through http://www.brownpapertickets.com or 1-800 -838-3006 (find the event by typing LARC in the search box) or $25 at the gate.

The park is clothing optional and many people will choose to be nude, however, being nude is not required. Be as covered or uncovered as you are comfortable with while listening to some of the best bands in the area.

LARC is located at 21700 State Road 9 (SR 9) Mt Vernon, WA. The campground recently won first place for best campground in the King 5 TV Evening Magazine’s Best of Western Washington and Northwest Escapes.

The AANR-NW Government Affairs Team (GAT) and LARC are hosting a GAT Day May 3, 2008 at LARC. If you would like to know more about what GAT does and how you can help promote nudism in your area you are encouraged to attend.

We will start at 9:30 AM and end around 4:00 PM with snack breaks and lunch from our famous LARC Grill.

For PRE-REGISTERED AANR members – grounds fees for the day will be waived and lunch paid for by GAT. There will be a $20 fee for all others.

All attendees are invited to join us for a scrumptious dinner served up by The LARC Grill for $10 and attend our Cinco de Mayo dance that evening. Regular overnight fees will apply to anyone that chooses to stay overnight. Sunday morning there will be a continental breakfast at 9 AM for $5 and BINGO at 10 AM

To pre-register, please email LARC (larc@nwlink.com) by April 26th, 2008. Please include the words GAT DAY in the subject line. Also, let us know if you will be camping overnight with us or would like to reserve an RV space.
