Erich Schuttauf, Susan Weaver, and I will be manning the AANR booth (# 607 =96 and the fourth space from the main entrance), August 16-18. This excellent placement is not at all by chance. Booth selection is a process regulated by a formula which considers the number of times an organization has attended the conference, the number of years as exhibitors, and the level of advertising participation. For AANR to place this high reflects a serious and mutually beneficial partnership.<br><br>The 2006 Annual Meeting & Exhibition will be held in Nashville, Tennessee, with a country theme of "Strong States Strong Nation." The AANR message will complement this with Strong Family Values =96 Strong Community Support =96 Strong Media Recognition =96 Strong Government Affairs Team in a patriotic red/white/blue presentation. Pre-show marketing to the contacts collected at the 2005 booth has already resulted in requests for the traditional AANR pins to be sent to attendees unable to make the show. Call your state legislators and let them know to be sure to stop by booth 607 and register for a daily drawing of a classic "Caution" T-shirt and informational materials. If they won't be going =96 let them know we still care, and I will gladly see that they get the pin and materials sent directly to them on your behalf after the show.<br><br> –9-5456034130-3131076726=:6 Content-Type: text/html; charset="iso-8859-1" Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable<br><DIV class=3D"Section1"> <P class=3D"MsoNormal"><B><FONT face=3D"Times New Roman" color=3D"black" si= ze=3D"4"><SPAN style=3D"FONT-WEIGHT: bold;FONT-SIZE: 14pt;COLOR: black;FONT= -VARIANT: small-caps;">Club Weekly Report<o></o></SPAN></FONT></B></P> <P class=3D"MsoNormal"><B><FONT face=3D"Times New Roman" color=3D"black" si= ze=3D"4"><SPAN style=3D"FONT-WEIGHT: bold;FONT-SIZE: 14pt;COLOR: black;FONT= -VARIANT: small-caps;">August 4, 2006<o></o></SPAN></FONT></B></P> <P class=3D"MsoNormal"><B><FONT face=3D"Times New Roman" color=3D"blue" siz= e=3D"4"><SPAN style=3D"FONT-WEIGHT: bold;FONT-SIZE: 14pt;COLOR: blue;FONT-V= ARIANT: small-caps;"><o>&nbsp;</o></SPAN></FONT></B></P> <P class=3D"MsoNormal"><B><FONT face=3D"Times New Roman" color=3D"blue" siz= e=3D"4"><SPAN style=3D"FONT-WEIGHT: bold;FONT-SIZE: 14pt;COLOR: blue;FONT-V= ARIANT: small-caps;">Erich Schuttauf, Executive Director<o></o></SPAN></FON= T></B></P> <P class=3D"MsoNormal"><FONT face=3D"Times New Roman" size=3D"3"><SPAN styl= e=3D"FONT-SIZE: 12pt;"><o>&nbsp;</o></SPAN></FONT></P> <P class=3D"MsoNormal"><B><FONT face=3D"Times New Roman" size=3D"3"><SPAN s= tyle=3D"FONT-WEIGHT: bold;FONT-SIZE: 12pt;TEXT-TRANSFORM: uppercase;">Out o= f the Office<o></o></SPAN></FONT></B></P> <P class=3D"MsoNormal"><FONT face=3D"Times New Roman" size=3D"3"><SPAN styl= e=3D"FONT-SIZE: 12pt;">I am out of the office today as I have left early to= attend the AANR West Convention at Glen Eden Sun Club. <o></o></SPAN></FON= T></P> <P class=3D"MsoNormal"><FONT face=3D"Times New Roman" size=3D"3"><SPAN styl= e=3D"FONT-SIZE: 12pt;"><o>&nbsp;</o></SPAN></FONT></P> <P class=3D"MsoNormal"><FONT face=3D"Times New Roman" size=3D"3"><SPAN styl= e=3D"FONT-SIZE: 12pt;">I look forward to seeing many of you during the AANR= Convention next week at DeAnza Springs where I will present a comprehensiv= e report.&nbsp; That report will be made available online along with minute= s of the meeting and other committee reports following convention.<o></o></= SPAN></FONT></P> <P class=3D"MsoNormal"><FONT face=3D"Times New Roman" size=3D"3"><SPAN styl= e=3D"FONT-SIZE: 12pt;"><o>&nbsp;</o></SPAN></FONT></P> <P class=3D"MsoNormal"><B><FONT face=3D"Times New Roman" size=3D"3"><SPAN s= tyle=3D"FONT-WEIGHT: bold;FONT-SIZE: 12pt;TEXT-TRANSFORM: uppercase;">Hurri= cane Procedures<o></o></SPAN></FONT></B></P> <P class=3D"MsoNormal"><FONT face=3D"Times New Roman" size=3D"3"><SPAN styl= e=3D"FONT-SIZE: 12pt;">Staff has considered the possibility that Tropical D= epression Chris, currently churning in the Caribbean seas, 05 impact <st1>= <st1>Florida</st1></st1> next week.&nbsp; While many of the staff will be a= t DeAnza, Linda Berry is "versed for inclement weather mode" and will lead = the office while we are out.&nbsp; Please watch for important announcements= from her if they become necessary.<o></o></SPAN></FONT></P> <P class=3D"MsoNormal"><FONT face=3D"Times New Roman" size=3D"3"><SPAN styl= e=3D"FONT-SIZE: 12pt;"><o>&nbsp;</o></SPAN></FONT></P> <P class=3D"MsoNormal"><B><FONT face=3D"Times New Roman" size=3D"3"><SPAN s= tyle=3D"FONT-WEIGHT: bold;FONT-SIZE: 12pt;TEXT-TRANSFORM: uppercase;">E-Mai= l Replies<o></o></SPAN></FONT></B></P> <P class=3D"MsoNormal"><FONT face=3D"Times New Roman" size=3D"3"><SPAN styl= e=3D"FONT-SIZE: 12pt;">Due to convention demands, it 05 not be possible to= provide prompt replies to e-mails sent to me.&nbsp; I will have opportunit= ies to check e-mail and appreciate your patience if it takes a bit longer t= o respond during the next week.<o></o></SPAN></FONT></P> <P class=3D"MsoNormal"><FONT face=3D"Times New Roman" size=3D"3"><SPAN styl= e=3D"FONT-SIZE: 12pt;"><o>&nbsp;</o></SPAN></FONT></P> <P class=3D"MsoNormal"><B><FONT face=3D"Times New Roman" size=3D"3"><SPAN s= tyle=3D"FONT-WEIGHT: bold;FONT-SIZE: 12pt;TEXT-TRANSFORM: uppercase;">No Re= port Next Week<o></o></SPAN></FONT></B></P> <P class=3D"MsoNormal"><FONT face=3D"Times New Roman" size=3D"3"><SPAN styl= e=3D"FONT-SIZE: 12pt;">There will be no weekly report next week.
