Thank you Restful=20 Haven for hosting this event.<br>=20<br>June 21-Sauvie Island Beach clean up.=20<br>=20<br>Celebrate the longest day of the year at Sauvie Island nude beach=20 with members of Hidden Springs. Hidden Springs will be hosting this=20 cleanup event in partnership with SOLV and AANR-NW. Previously=20 volunteers asked that a beach clean up be planned for a week- day=20 for those that work weekends. Hidden Springs listened and this will=20 be the first weekday beach clean up hosted by an AANR affiliated=20 club. A day pass is required and carpooling suggested. Once=20 again we'll be working with our friends: the Oregon State Park=20 employees, Volunteers in the Gorge and Friends of AANR.=20=20 Registration starts at 9:00 a.m. at the entrance to the clothing=20 optional area. We will work until noon and end with our annual hot=20 dog roast. Following some fun time at the park we will=20 carpool/convoy to Restful Haven for a great $5 dinner, hot tub, and=20 social. In appreciation for the time, energy and work provided by=20 volunteers on the beaches, Restful Haven will not be charging ground=20 fees for volunteers. Volunteers choosing to spend the night will be=20 charged campsite fees. The following morning, (August 6) we head to=20 Sauvie Island to work on the beach. The afternoon will include=20 playtime!
