Rise and shine for early bird bingo, fun and prizes.<br><br>Following Trivia Bingo AANR-NW President Wayne Roberts will greet the group. The morning gets into high gear with topics, which include a GAT Chat, "GET GAT GOING" and an opportunity for making naked snow angels or perhaps a creative snow dance during the break.<br><br>You've read about Community Awareness Teams (CAT) and now you will have the opportunity to define exactly what CAT is. How CAT is a valuable pro-active GAT tool.<br><br>Lunch 12:15 p.m. -1 p.m.<br><br>Craig George will share his long history of community service and community relations experience. Craig is the advisor for the "Volunteers in the Gorge" and "Portland Area Command Volunteers." <br><br>Craig has extensive experience in establishing and developing volunteer groups. Craig developed the Oregon State Police Narcotic Detection Dog Program and received the first assignment as a dog handler for the Oregon state Police. In addition, Craig established an Oregon State Police Seasonal Cadet Program within the western regions of the Columbia River Gorge National Scenic Area with the Oregon State Parks and Recreation Division and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers<br><br>In 1999, through the Oregon State Police Volunteers Program in partnership with the Oregon State Parks and Recreation Division an interagency citizen volunteer group called the "Volunteers in the Gorge" was established. This unique interagency volunteer group has expanded its interagency partnerships to include the U.S. Forest Service and the U.S. Arm Corps of Engineers. AANR-NW enjoys a working partnership with "Volunteers in the Gorge" and we contribute the success of this partnership to Craig George. Our work at Rooster Rock State Park is made easier because of this relationship. <br><br>Saturday afternoon will conclude with a group "Reality" game show called Risky Business. Visualize the Gong Show and Let's Make a Deal!<br><br>Dinner 6 p.m.-7 p.m.<br><br>Saturday night activities to be announced.<br><br>Sunday Breakfast 8 a.m.-9 a.m.<br><br>Sunday morning we will hear from AANR-NW President Wayne Roberts. Wayne will share his 2005 GAT expectations. A wrap up concludes leaving plenty of time on Sunday to enjoy Sun Meadow Resort.<br><br>A traveling watercolor donated by Henry Yuen will be on display. Henry has donated the watercolor piece as a fundraiser to raise money for AANR- NW GAT. Entries cost $5 each and can be purchased at this event. The drawing will be held at AANR-NW Convention at Restful Haven Health Club in July. A previous watercolor donated by Henry raised over $600.
