Once again, that's true.
Currently, Hurricane Jeanne is off Florida's coast and is expected to make landfall some time on early Sunday morning as a category II to III storm. For the latest storm information, we invite you to visit http://www.noaa.gov .
Once again we have enacted our storm procedures and are taking steps to secure the building and records per those procedures. In the event the storm passes over the Kissimmee area (as expected), our offices 05 be closed Monday in observance of mandatory orders to stay off roads. Should phone service be interrupted and you either not get an answer when you call on Monday, or our recorded message, we ask that you check our website at http://www.aanr.com for the latest information.
We will once again use our urgentaanr@yahoo.com e-mail address for emergency communications if telephones are out. Please be sure to mention AANR in the subject line to ensure a faster response.
Our thoughts and prayers go out to our members and clubs who are awaiting the impact of both Jeanne and Tropical Storm Ivan. —————————————————-
From the desk of Pat Plumstead, Executive Assistant: ExOffice@aanr.com
Revised Articles of Incorporation & Bylaws, Procedure Manual and Official AANR forms are available in the Cyber Bulletin on http://www.aanr.com . The AANR Directory has gone under construction with many regional changes being made. This document will be sent to officers, trustees and regional presidents. Given that the Directory is in PDF format, we would prefer not sending this in bulk distribution as this often results in problems on the recipient's computer.
Mark Your Calendars!
2004 TANR (Trade Association for Nude Recreation) Conference, 12 1-4, Harrah's Las Vegas Please call the AANR office to make your reservations for the conference or use the form that was sent to each club.
